Visions Community Services, LLC will
provide Day Support /
Sponsored Residential Home Services for individuals who are mentally
challenged. Services are designed to provide alternative residential living that
focuses on a more individualized plan of quality services. Individuals will
receive services that are provided in a natural family environment, and offer
individuals more choices, more individualized attention to their service needs,
more variety and opportunity of community inclusion, and more consistent
staffing plan that will improve the consistency of service delivery. Visions
Community Service, LLC has developed a team of professionals that are committed
to providing quality services that are based on the various and on-going needs
of the individuals.
Philosophy
Visions Community Services, LLC believes that economics
should not be a determining factor in how services are provided.
We believe that it is imperative to match the individual in need
of services with the family that can best meet the individual’s
service request. Visions Community Services, LLC is dedicated to
the principle of empowering people who are mentally challenged
or otherwise developmentally disabled to live a normal and
dignified life within the limitations of their impairments.
Visions Community Services, LLC will also provide services as a
public trust that requires integrity, compassion, respect for
individual differences, and a sense of dedication to the task,
and a belief in the dignity and the self worth of human beings.
We will protect and advocate for the individuals against
unethical or inappropriate practices or actions by other
individuals or organizations engaged in service provision. We
believed that because services are more individualized and more
inclusive that this model of residential services will help
eliminate the barriers and the stereotypes often associated with
group home living. Visions Community Services, LLC will ensure
that individuals receiving services are provided with qualified
and trained staff at all times.
